The two halves of BanG Dream's darkest era are sharing a series. A second teaser for BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! // Ave Mujica dropped on October 25 and set the TV premiere for January 8, 2027, at 11:30 p.m. JST on NTV's Friday Anime Night block and 29 affiliate stations. Crunchyroll will stream it.
Quick answer
BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! // Ave Mujica premieres January 8, 2027 on NTV (Fridays, 11:30 p.m. JST) and streams on Crunchyroll. It follows BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! (June 2023) and BanG Dream! Ave Mujica (January 2025). Studio and staff for the new series haven't been confirmed in the announcement; SANZIGEN made both earlier shows. On SenpaiRanks, MyGO!!!!! scores 7.22 and Ave Mujica 7.18.
Why this pairing matters
MyGO!!!!! and Ave Mujica share a backstory: both bands came out of the breakup of CRYCHIC, and the two shows told that split from opposite sides. A series that puts both band names in the title suggests the two casts finally meet on screen rather than in references. The teaser keeps the plot vague, so treat that as a reading of the title, not a confirmed synopsis.

The new series doesn't have a score yet; its board opens when it airs. If you've seen the first two, rate them now so the franchise's baseline is set before January. For the rest of the season, see our winter 2027 release-date guide, and for band anime in general, the best music anime ranking.
