If sports is your default lane, Do You Like Big Girls? is the season's pickup. Studio Hokiboshi ships April 6, 2026, ongoing run, and the casting decisions alone have the source's fanbase paying attention.
Where it lives
Souta Tachibana jumps from one part-time job to the next, just coasting through life. He's unremarkable except for being pretty short. One day, he's roped into a new gig: working as a gopher for his older sister's college volleyball team! Suddenly surrounded by a bunch of voluptuous women who all tower over him, Souta finds himself the subject of more female interest than he's ever had. First, he has to figure out which girl he even wants to try to get with...and then he has to make sure their big, athletic bodies don't actually destroy him in the act! What sells it isn't the premise. It's that the team understands the source's tone — restrained where most adaptations would underline, loud where the source itself goes loud.
Studio side
Studio Hokiboshi runs production, backed by Suiseisha. They're the kind of studio where the storyboarding lead is the byline that should reassure you, not the director-on-marketing-rounds.
Broadcast
weekly broadcast TBD. Ongoing run, episode count TBC. Same-day simulcast windows are on the usual Western streamers — check your local Crunchyroll, HIDIVE, or Hulu listing for the timed slot.
Verdict
848 viewers have it at 6.41. Read between the lines: that's not a niche audience, that's broad pickup with steady reception. Add it to the rotation. It's not the loudest pick of the season; that's exactly what makes it a worthwhile one.
